Households get one invitation; everyone on the list gets a meal, a table and a dietary note where it matters. The summary bar is the number the caterer asks for.
The couple can add and edit guests themselves, and replies from the public RSVP page land here without anyone retyping them.
Start by importing your spreadsheets. Guests, budget and your supplier list come in from a .csv or .xlsx however the columns are named, you check the preview before anything is saved, and you can undo the whole import for a day afterwards.

Estimate, actual, difference, paid and due on every line, in pounds and pence, VAT-aware. The schedule on the right is every deposit and balance across the wedding.

The day as a rail of moments: time, place, who is responsible. Anything without a time says TBC in amber until it has one.
Each supplier gets a link to their own slice, their items highlighted, and a PDF for the van. No login, no app to install.

The couple get their own calm view: the countdown, what changed since they last looked, their tasks, their guests, their day. Your name and your colour on it.
Every module is a switch, and every item has its own eye. Turn the budget on and it appears for them, with your fee still hidden.

Most planning software was written for another country's weddings. This one was written with a working Gloucestershire planner, for the way weddings happen here.
The legal steps, in order
- Give notice at the register office: both partners, at least 29 days before, within 12 months.
- Registrar or celebrant for a civil ceremony at a licensed venue; banns for a church.
- Marriage certificate collected afterwards, on the list where it belongs.

- Bank holidays and school holidays on the season strip.
- Cup finals, Glastonbury, Wimbledon finals and Royal Ascot flagged on a wedding's row.
- Monday first, Saturday 11 September 2027 in prose, 11/09/2027 in forms.
